Actively involved in multiple end-to-end WMS implementations and integrations across warehouse sites throughout Indonesia, ranging from large-scale distribution centers to bonded logistics facilities

  • Translated complex warehouse operations into digital solutions by gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating BRDs, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.

  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams during UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.

  • Maintained quality assurance and issue tracking across development and deployment cycles.

Internal Web Application Development

Designed and developed several internal web-based applications to support warehouse and logistics operations.

Chatbot Feature Development

Enhanced an existing internal chatbot system (built on Telethon, a Telegram MTProto library) by integrating a WMS Knowledge Assistant feature to support warehouse operations staff in real-time.

​

Key Contributions:

  • Designed natural-language triggers based on frequently asked questions about WMS processes (e.g., Putaway, Picking, Packing).

  • Built logic for keyword recognition, dynamic reply generation, and contextual hints for system usage.

  • Enabled quick-access commands for SOPs, troubleshooting steps, and operational flow references — reducing manual escalations.

  • Integrated with internal knowledge base and updated continuously based on user interaction logs.

  • Designed and developed PowerApps solutions, including:

  1. A Picking App to streamline warehouse picking processes.

  2. A Cam Capture App for capturing and storing airfreight documentation with image attachments.

  • Managed change requests and enhancements to Infor WMS reports, ensuring alignment with operational needs across multiple sites.

  • Maintained and customized Eclipse BIRT reports connected to Oracle Database, improving visibility into warehouse operations.

  • Utilized Tortoise SVN for version control and controlled deployment of BIRT report files.
